At Allens Boots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Ensure Eligibility
Verify that your boots are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and include the original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package and Ship
Place the boots inside their original shoe box, then place that box inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
